Bristle Scepter Skill cast out of range

Although the BB Scepter ability is in combo, it's been cast immediately when you press the combo button, even out of range. I think it's something easy to fix. Please take a look

The problem was sent to development department to take care of it , we cannot do anything to force to speedup the process , be patience please.

Well , Naming other products here won't help to get it solved either , Please note that we cannot speedup process as it is already been forwarded to development department and how busy they're , it might take longer time than expected but will be fixed eventually within big major update.
