Failed to load rendersystemdx11.dll

After running melonity launcher i got error
"Failed to load rendersystemdx11.dll, which is default rendersystem and should not fail to load. please verify the game install in steam.".
And now i can't run dota 2 normaly same error.

I can run dota normaly after restarting computer but your launched does not work

Hello , try to restart pc, after, launch Steam and Dota as administrator without cheat, after with cheat(run cheat as administrator too)

Add or Remove Programms --> Microsoft Visual C++ --> right click on Modify then Repair .

I found it the easiest way to fix it
