Additional features and bug fixes for heroes

This thread can be used to report Heroes bugs and request for additional features:

Bug Reports for heroes:​

Phantom Lancer --> Phantom Rush FailSwitch does not work. Video Link
Kunka --> Does not cast Torrent strom --> Scepter upgrade or Tidal Wave --> Aganim shard. Video Link



Requests:

Lich --> Cast W on ally heroes when they initiate. Priority heroes are melee. Also auto cast W if ally under % health.
Night Stalker --> Use E automatically with Agahnim's shard when HP is less than % and there are creeps around
Ogre Magi --> Auto Bloodlust on ally heroes. Auto Fire Shield with Agahnim's shard on an ally when the ally initiates or under % health
Tuskar --> Snowball save (with or without a blink dagger) on dangerous spells
Monkey King --> Add E spell during initiation. Also, an additional feature to jump on trees when a key is pressed. For example G key is pressed and the heroes try to use W on the closes tree and continue to jump until the key is released
Riki --> Add option to use only one W Blink strike
