Cant login

I was using the software normaly and at some point stopped to work so i restart the pc to have a clean run of the software and did not login me automaticly i try to connect manualy but it did not let me login and show me like i have no accound i try to go the website and it shows me an error "Web server is returning an unknown error" PLZ HELP

The problem has been fixed, all users with an active subscription at the time of its occurrence have been given 10 hours.
