my windows is 64 bit, Windows 10 Pro 21H2, it is a modified version but nothing exaggerated, just a little lighter, it doesn't take as many resources. Could this be a missing windows application? Net Framework? Visual C++ any?

bem, finalmente resolvi, acabei de baixar novamente e instalei. Aparentemente foi só má vontade haha' brincadeiras
