in game without cheats i get 160~ fps 90-100 in fights
with melonity i have 80~ fps and 30-40 in fights'
how i can fix it? is it normal?

You can read the fps boost from forum : https://forum.melonity.gg/threads/boost-your-dota2-fps.313/ , Usually disabling functions like inventory changer (Requires restart on dota2 to affect the change) Information section functions are heavy for mid/low pcs so requires to lower your texture while using melonity and that guide should help you out.
