Hello , you could pay via paypal or cryptocurrencies but you have to also make sure while paying on cryptocurrencies the value should be exact same number as qpay asking you which means you have to exclude the fee from the value of subscription for example 15$ + Fee , Also make sure to pay on the same exact network as it is asking TRC20 - ERC20 are usually the network that USDT asks to pay with.
