Classic accounts doesn't have roles at some point it is pretty normal and working as intended.

hey, can you explain to me what a classic account is ? im not sure i understand it, the match was ranked with roles now it works fine but im just saying randomly sometimes it doesnt show the roles

Hello , This is part of valve system queue nothing we can explain , No role means you've gotten a queue to classic role where none have specific role on their queue
